High Order Volumes

Pop Stop is currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders, emails, and facebook messages. We kindly ask that customers allow an additional 1-2 days for orders to be shipped out and we apologise for any delays. Thank you for your patience; rest assured we are working as hard as possible to get all orders sent.

Delivery Times

Click & Collect
On checkout we will let you know if the products are in the store you are wanting to click and collect from. This will mean a 1-2 business day turnaround. If the product is not in your chosen store it will increase the delivery time.

Ship Together
Once all your items for your order have arrived we will ship them out to you. Standard shipping is 2 business days, but in some cases, you should allow up to 3 business days from the purchase date.

Ship On Arrival
Your order will ship as each item arrives into stock. This is a great option for pre-orders. We use Posthaste within NZ as our trusted courier partner.

Rural Delivery
We use Posthaste within NZ as our trusted courier partner for Rural Delivery this maybe passed onto NZ Post
Standard shipping is 2 business days, for Rural Delivery please allow an extra 5 business days from the purchase date.

We know that online payments need to be processed with care, that is why we use one of the worlds most secure online payment platform Stripe.

Afterpay
Unlike other buy-now-pay-later solutions, Afterpay offers one transparent solution to shoppers with no credit checks, no interest, no hidden fees, and no catch. Afterpay gives shoppers the confidence of knowing where their money is going versus worrying about where it went.

Bank Deposit
If you would still prefer to transfer the money directly from your bank account to ours we offer this as well. Simply follow the instructions at checkout.

Gift Cards

In Store vs Online
If you have a physical gift card this can only be used in store. A virtual (email or gift card code) can only be used on our website.

Expiry
Our Gift Cards do not expire.

Balance Enquires
Please get in contact with us if you wish to know how much is left on your gift card.

Pre-Orders

Estimated Date
We work with our suppliers to provide the most accurate NZ launch dates we can. Due to the global situation with COVID 19 these have been changing frequently.

Priority
We prioritize paid orders by age vs holds by age. This means with the supplier cannot fulfil our entire order the oldest paid order will be dispatched first.

Shipping
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection or has shipped. If you choose ship together we will wait for your entire order to arrive before shipping your items.
