Once we receive your orders, we endeavor to get them out the door and on there way to you as soon as we can. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders made before 11 AM will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day
Orders made after 11 AM will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day.
All of our orders are shipped by our team directly from Pop Stop Christchurch
We use Posthaste within NZ as our trusted courier partner.
Standard shipping is 2 business days, but in some cases you should allow up to 3 business days from the purchase date.
Overnight shipping should be delivered the next working Day if we receive your order before 11 AM.
All orders are supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track or your delivery.
Standard Shipping: $6 flat rate for the first item $2 per additional item added to the same order.
Please Note: Shipping charges for the following categories are charged at $6 flat rate for the first item with no additional charge for any items from the same category added to the order – Trading Card Games, Keychains, Mystery and Candy.
Rural Shipping: $12 flat rate for the first item $5 per additional item added to the same order.
Overnight Delivery: $7 Additional Fee (Order will need to be received before 12 PM)
Ship Together: If you choose this option at checkout your order will be shipped once all items are available.
Ship As They Arrive: If you choose this option at checkout, items will be shipped as they become available at a $5 flat rate per item.
Large Or Valuable Items: Large packages or Expensive items will be shipped at a flat rate rate of $25 per item
Medium Sized Or Valuable Items: Medium packages or Valuable items will be shipped at a flat rate rate of $15 per item
Click & Collect
You may place an order online and select the “click and collect” option for pick-up in store at no additional charge. We will notify you by email once your order is ready. This is available when you select Canterbury as your shipping region.
Haven’t received your order?
If you have not received your package or believe there is an issue with the delivery, please contact our customer service team within 14 days so that we may assist you in the locating of your order. You may contact us using Facebook Messenger, Email or Phone.
Your order also may not have been shipped yet if you have ordered a pre-order product and chose the “Ship Together” option as part of your order.
