Click & Collect: On checkout we will let you know if the products are in the store you have picked for Click & Collect. There is a typical turnaround of 1-2 business days. If the product is not in your chosen store, the delivery time will increase. You will be notified via email when your items are ready instore – check your junk mail if you don't see it!
We will hold your Click & Collect for 3 months after we send your instore notification. After 3 months, we will cancel your order and return the value as Store Credit.
Shipping: When items are in stock, we will ship them out to you. This will generally be 2-3 business days from the time you order, at busy times of year including Christmas this can be 2 – 5 working days from when you order. These may come in increments if they are from multiple stores. If you live at a rural address you may need to add an additional 1-2 working days to delivery time.
Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and with the courier. Any queries about delivery will need to be directed to the courier directly.
Please always double check your shipping address. If your address is entered incorrectly, it is your responsibility to work with the courier to remedy this.
Unable to Supply: Our online orders are fulfilled from our 5 busy stores, and sometimes there can be stock discrepancies. If we are unable to fulfill an item on your online order we will always aim to let you know within 2 working days and can offer a swap, store credit, or a refund in these circumstances.
- Credit & Debit Cards: We know that online payments need to be processed with care, that is why we use one of the world's most secure online payment platforms, Stripe.
- Afterpay: Unlike other buy-now-pay-later solutions, Afterpay offers one transparent solution to shoppers with no credit checks, no interest, no hidden fees, and no catch. Afterpay gives shoppers the confidence of knowing where their money is going versus worrying about where it went.
- Bank Deposit: If you would still prefer to transfer the money directly from your bank account to ours we offer this as well. Simply follow the instructions at checkout. If we don't receive payment in full within 2 working days, your order will be cancelled.
- In Store vs Online: If you have a physical gift card this can only be used in store. A virtual (email or gift card code) can only be used on our website.
- Expiry: Our Gift Cards do not expire.
- Balance Enquiries: Please get in contact with us if you wish to know how much is left on your gift card.
Estimated Date: We work with our suppliers to provide an Estimated Release Date. These dates can be subject to change, including shipping and release delays from our supplier. Suppliers may also cancel products at any time. We are currently unable to update all our customers in the event of a date change, so please keep an eye on the product, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Due to Pre-Order dates being out of our control, we will not be held liable for inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled products.
Priority: We prioritize paid orders by age vs holds by age. This means if the supplier cannot fulfil our entire order the oldest paid order will be dispatched first and any orders we cannot fulfil will be cancelled.
Shipping: You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection or has shipped.
