Click & Collect: At checkout we will let you know if the products you have selected are available for Click & Collect at your local store. If they aren’t you will not be able to choose this option, but will be able to get them shipped to you instead. We generally aim for your Click & Collect order to be ready in-store within 4 hours; however, sometimes our in-store teams do get very busy with collectors like yourself, and it can take a little longer. Please pop into your local store if you require something urgently. (Keep an eye on your junk email too, as sometimes our emails letting you know your item is ready can get filed there.)
We will hold your Click & Collect order for 3 months after we notify you it's ready for pickup. If it's still waiting beyond that time, we will cancel your order and return the value as Store Credit.
Shipping: When items are in stock, these will get shipped out to you for delivery within 2 to 3 working days. At busy times of the year there may be an extra 1 to 2 working days added onto this. At checkout you will be notified when items are coming in multiple shipments from different stores, and this can incur additional courier charges.
Once your order is shipped, it is out of Pop Stop's hands and with the courier for delivery. You will need to follow up directly with the courier for any issues. This includes redirection if you have typed an incorrect address.
We use NZ Post tracked courier services for most deliveries. Large or bulky items may use another service.
Unable to Supply: We ship all online orders from our nationwide network of stores. Sometimes there can be discrepancies in the stock information shown online. In case we are unable to fulfill an item from your online order, we will always aim to let you know within 2 working days and provide you with a refund.
- Credit & Debit Cards: We know that online payments need to be processed with care, that is why we use one of the world's most secure online payment platforms, Shopify Pay.
- Afterpay: Unlike other buy-now-pay-later solutions, Afterpay offers one transparent solution to shoppers with no credit checks, no interest, no hidden fees, and no catch. Afterpay gives shoppers the confidence of knowing where their money is going versus worrying about where it went.
- In Store vs Online: If you have a physical gift card this can only be used in store. A virtual (email or gift card code) can only be used on our website.
- Expiry: Our Gift Cards do not expire.
- Balance Enquiries: Please get in contact with us if you wish to know how much is left on your gift card.
Estimated Date: We work with our suppliers to provide an Estimated Release Date. These dates can be subject to change, including shipping and release delays from our supplier. Suppliers may also cancel products at any time. We are currently unable to update all our customers in the event of a date change, so please keep an eye on the product, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Due to Pre-Order dates being out of our control, we will not be held liable for inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled products.
Priority: We prioritize paid orders by age vs holds by age. This means if the supplier cannot fulfil our entire order the oldest paid order will be dispatched first and any orders we cannot fulfil will be cancelled.
Shipping: You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection or has shipped.
