If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us on arrival. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This may involve us providing you a ticket to return the item to us for assessment.
For fast processing, please ensure the following:

- You accurately describe the fault or damage
- You include your order number, name and contact details when contacting us.
- You attach clear photographs of the damage including the shipping box.
We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims.
Please note, items that require repair or assessment by a 3rd party can take longer to be processed.

Pop Stop do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
To cancel an order, you must notify Pop Stop within 48 hours of order placement. You will be eligible for a refund as long as the item is not in transit. After 48 hours, this is at the business' discretion and can be treated as an exchange (see Exchange Policy).
If you cancel a Pre-Order, 10% of the total price of that item will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount will be returned as Store Credit or exchanged for something else, so please order carefully.

Pop Stop always aims to display correct pricing, however, sometimes errors can occur and an item may be displayed at an incorrect price . We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if that occurs.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The item exchanged must be unopened and in original
condition, presented with proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply. Exclusions may include: Gift Cards,
Clearance Items, Trading Card Games, Food and Drink, Manga, Books, and Blind/ Mystery Boxes.
These exchanges can also be put toward another product, gift card, or Store Credit.
Shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
As all of our products ship directly to you from one of our stores, occasionally the last available product
may be Ex-Display. This is most common with our premium Action Figures and Statues. Please feel free to
contact us ahead of your purchase to find out the condition of the product if you have any concerns.
