Tony Hawk is without question the most celebrated professional skateboarder of all time. After years of success in the skateboarding circuit during the 80s, Hawk launched his own skateboard company, 'Birdhouse', with fellow pro Per Welinder in 1992. However Hawk would truly go on to become a household name with the launch of the iconic 'Tony Hawk Pro Skater' video game series in 1999.
